It's Monday! What are you reading?

This meme is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey

Books read last week: How did I only finish one book this week? I thought I'd have tons of free time this weekend, but it was not meant to be...
Books currently reading:
  • Chasing Windmills by Catherine Ryan Hyde
  • Fade to Blue by Bill Moody (Suspense/Mystery Challenge)--on my computer so I am having issues getting around to reading it
Books waiting in the wings:
  • A Thousand Sisters by Lisa Shannon
  • Disobedience by Jane Hamilton (for my Book Group)
Give Away: International, closes at 5:00pm (Pacific Time) on Saturday, April 9, 2011
Comments: I have been reading a lot lately about how annoyed commenters get with having to type in the word verification so I turned it off. It took all of 12 hours before I got spam. So, the verification is back on.

Khadija--I did enjoy Henrietta Lacks and all its commentary on poverty, ignorance, and medicine

Christina--Chasing Windmills is by the same author as Jumpstart the World, which I really liked a lot

Alyce--Enjoy Henrietta! I look forward to seeing what you think of it

I keep seeing A Thousand Sisters on blogs... this inspires me. I loved this book. It's dark but true. An important story, and about running!

Will need to read The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, I see this everywhere and everyone loves it.

Have a wonderful week!
