August Wrap Up

August is done, summer is over, here's how the month went for me...

Books read and reviewed:

Middle East Reading Challenge update:
I have read two books for my Middle East Reading Challenge, but other participants have read even more. Props have got to go out to Carina at Reading Through Life who had did a month of reading about Islam during Ramadan. Go check out her blog for a bunch of great reviews on all aspects of Islam. Other participants who have contributed reviews so far are Edi at Crazy Quilts, Connolly-Ahren at Col Reads, and Laughing Stars.

You had a great month! I didn't do much reading overall, and need to start reading for the challenge as well, which will be soon!

You had a great month Helen. I LOVED A Thousand Splendid Suns.

Aths--I am going to try to have one of my books each month fit into the Middle East Reading Challenge since I am mostly done with all my other challenges.

Bibliophile--A Thousand Splendid Suns was SO good. I've passed it on to two friends since I read it and both loved it, too
