For the past month or so my daughter and her classmates have worked on their Opinion Poll projects. They had to research an issue, poll at least 50 people in person, write up their research, make graphs, and create a presentation board.
Thursday night they filled the auditorium and talked about their findings with siblings, parents, grandparents, and neighbors. It was all really impressive. My daughter's project was "Should grocery stores stop using plastic bags?" Most people said yes.
