This week was definitely quieter with just 2 board meetings, a golf lesson, and a dance lesson. I tested out of my final level 3 dance (salsa) and am now officially level 4. Woot woot! I finished season 3 of The Diplomat, which I enjoyed.
Last night a friend had an extra ticket to the Blind Boys of Alabama and invted me. I enjoyed hearing the group sing; they are so talented, but the concert was frustrating. It was to begin at 7:30, but started 20 minutes late. The opening act (he was good at what he does, but it's not my kind of music) went until 8:30, set up for the main event took until 9:00. Now, I go to bed early and I get up really early so starting at 9:00 is tough for me. The Blind Boys of Alabama are great singers and musicians, even though their music isn't what I normally listen to. Turns out they are the longest-running group in American music!
