On Tuesday, the Tesla folks came to my house to inspect it for a Power Wall installation! With El Niño coming this winter, I want my own power source in case we get hit hard. I've got solar, so it will feed the Power Wall.
In the US, we had Halloween this past week. I ordered the greatest costume for my dog, and it didn't show up in time! I am so mad. Once it arrives, I'll take a photo and post it. But, on Halloween morning I hit our local Halloween store (boy is that thing huge!) and stocked up for future years and other events. You can see the costumes Poppy and I ended up wearing. She could totally tell something was coming and loved interacting with all the little kids.
I participated in my dance studio's October dance performance (west coast swing to Black Velvet by Alanna Myles) in which the women were vampires and the men were our victims. It was super fun. The video below isn't from that performance; it is a dance I did with my teacher, Grace, for our studio's "Night at the Movies."
