I had an emotional rollercoaster of a week. On Tuesday, I had a breast biopsy, and fortunately, everything is ok. What a relief! Throughout the two mammograms, three breast ultrasounds, and the biopsy, I've discovered that my new health insurance is really good! So far, everything has been covered 100%. I feel so fortunate, since so many in the US do not have that luxury.
On Saturday morning, I got to meet Poppy. She is so darn sweet and soft. I look a bit crazy in this photo, but I am so glad I had the chance to meet her as she begins her month of training. She is so soft and sweet. What a snuggler. On my way home, I took my dad to our local indie bookstore since they were having a sale (that means we have to buy books, right?!). My parents came over for dinner that night.
No surprise, I've been watching a lot of World Cup soccer again this week and am looking forward to the round of 32, now that the games are knock-outs.
