It has been quite a week. My mother and father have both been sick. Luckily, my brother has been visiting from the UK, so there have been two of us helping them out. And, a visit is a nice change for them. And for me, it's great to see my brother. One of his kids also came into town for part of the visit, and it was wonderful to see her. The three of us visited our amazing local indie book store because one can always have more books!.
The World Cup is underway. I've seen parts of a number of games, which is fun. I do love seeing the smaller nations in there even though they don't have a chance of advancing.
This Tuesday, I find out which puppy in the litter is mine. Then I hope I will be able to choose a name. For some reason, I feel real pressure with name-choosing. 🤣
