I received a fun swag box from my work, so now I have a baseball hat, hoodie, and a good water bottle with our logos on them. It's always fun to get a gift in the mail!
I watched the Artemis II splashdown, and I thought it was really exciting. I realize that's how people felt watching the moon landing back in 1969. I was tense as they reentered the atmosphere and so relieved to see that they were safe.
Our President is out of control, confused, and all over the place. I know many are saying it is time to invoke the 25th Amendment, but those around him enjoy their power too much. I think they are afraid things will change too much without the man at the top and his cult of personality.
A friend told me she was scammed out of an airline ticket refund. She asked ChatGPT for the direct phone number for airline cancellations, and the number it gave turned out to be a scammer's number. So... please remember to always contact businesses directly through their official websites. Google and ChatGPT can easily give fake information. And I've also noticed that when I Google things, the official websites are usually NOT the first few results.
Friday, I took three dance classes, which were super fun. Especially the last one, which was for higher-level dancers (I feel like I was dancing with the "big kids"). I've now changed my private lesson time so that it backs up to this class, so that I can do it every week. 💃
