My week felt full of medical stuff. Monday, I was at the dentist and prepping for a colonoscopy, Tuesday was the colonoscopy, and Wednesday was physical therapy for my elbow (which is getting much better, thanks to PT and a standing desk).

I attended the No Kings rally/protest yesterday. There were thousands of people in attendance. I know the protests won't solve anything, but (and I think I've said this before), it feels good to be part of something bigger than myself and to be with like-minded people.

Last night was the symphony--an all-Italian program. As always, very enjoyable.

I have to call in for jury duty starting tonight; I seem to get called every 2 years. Last time I was called, I ended up on the jury (and was the forewoman).
