Sunday Salon: March 6, 2022

Deb Nance at Readerbuzz hosts The Sunday Salon.

Last Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday I was in Florida for work with these guys. It was great to get to know them off of Zoom and we had a ton of fun working and playing.

Today I had grand plans. We had our monthly zoom with my Scottish family, which is always fun. I went to an art exhibit called Through Vincent's Eyes. "The exhibition seeks to immerse viewers in the visual imagination of Van Gogh, presenting 20 of his works alongside some 75 objects selected to reflect the varied art that he most admired." What an incredible collection of art and artists! The images above are some of my favorites of the ones in the exhibit. And, last but not least, I attended a talk by a UC Santa Barbara history professor on US slavery, emancipation, and abolition. Actually, the talk is hosted by the UCSB History Associates of which I am president. It should be really interesting.

Neighbors have begun to contribute to my Little Free Library and I love it!

Here is is the current state of my 2022 challenges. The image is a link to my challenges page.
