Sunday Salon: August 2, 2026

This week went really quickly. I had a really good round of golf, a good dance lesson, and my daughter and I performed a dance routine together (that's never happened before!), which was really fun. My daughter is here until Thursday when she goes back to NY. It's been great having her here and I'll miss her when she leaves.

To be honest, most of my time and energy (both physical and mental) was focused on Poppy (the new puppy). she is definitely settling in to her new home and we're establishing rules and routines. She is so much fun and exhausting, all at the same time. Her temperment is a good one, so kudos to the breeder and trainer! I broke down and got her a stroller since she still isn't fully vaccinated so shouldn't touch the ground outside my house. The stroller really has made life easier.
