It's Monday! What are you reading?

This meme is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey

Books read last week:

Books currently reading:
  • The London Eye Mystery by Siobhan Dowd

Books waiting in the wings:
  • Climbing the Stairs (this one will make it to my currently reading, but right now I'm in the mood for a bit of lighter reading)
  • City of Veils by Zoe Ferreris
Other news:
I've created a Middle East Reading Challenge and would love you all to join me

  3. Your review of Sing Me to Sleep has now convinced me I really need to pick up the copy I have off my shelves! Great job!

I hope you enjoy The London Eye as well as the other potentials! Have a fabulous reading week and if you have a minute check out my reading week at There’s A Book!

  4. I enjoyed your review on Sing Me to Sleep. It was a pretty good book although I was a bit disappointed with how Beth got so whiny in the middle, but the end was a tear jerker. Hope you have a great week.

  8. Laurel-Rain and Jennifer--Thanks for leaving your link. Your list is full of book I don't know either and that's fun!

Gwen--So far the London Eye is good though I am only about 50 pages in.

1st Daughter and Jan--Sing Me to Sleep has faults (though Beth is whiny mid-book as Jan says), but I really enjoyed it.

Kate and Suzanne--It would be great if you join! It's a low pressure challenge since you can read as many or as few Middle East books as you want

Maree--reading slumps are no fun; I hope you find something that captures your attention this week

  13. Aah, I loved Climbing the Stairs! I'm waiting to hear your thoughts on it. *hint hint* LOL

City of Veils is on my TBR. I just saw the book 2 of City of Veils in the Goodreads giveaway. (You may want to sign up for it.)

  14. Kristen--thanks for checking in. So far so good on the London Eye Mystery!

Aths--Every time I don't pick up Climbing the Stairs I think of you and feel a little guilt! City of Veils didn't grab me right way, but I am not giving up on it. I'll go check out the sequel's give away on Good Reads. Thanks for the tip
